Taylor Swift-Inspired Grammy Makeup Tutorial

I think Taylor Swift is the cutest thing since sliced bread. Okay, sliced bread isn't super cute, but Taylor sure is!

Her Grammy makeup this year was so simple and age-appropriate, I couldn't resist copying it on another willing niece!

Step 1. Apply foundation, concealer and powder. Brush on a light dusting of peach-toned blush to the apples of the cheeks and just below the cheekbones.
Step 2. Fill in eyebrows using either a brow pencil or eye shadow.
Step 3. With a pale, shimmery eye shadow, highlight the brow bone, just below the eyebrow.
Step 4. Use the same shadow on the inner corner of the eyes.
Step 5. Brush a light tan shadow on the entire eyelid and along the lower lash line.
Step 6. With a medium or dark bronze shadow, contour along the crease of the eye, taking it down into a V at the outer corner of each eye.
Step 7. Line the upper lash line with a black eyeliner. Apply dark brown or black mascara to both upper and lower lashes. Finish the look with a creamy peachy-pink lipstick. Add a dab of lip gloss to the middle of the bottom lip for a cute pout.

Here's a closeup on the eyes. Super simple.

And the final look.

(Not sure why the lip color looks super bold in this light.)
